The project development efforts were complemented by investments in existing properties, where some 3400 rental units and about 2,5 million square feet of commercial space were acquired and subsequently refurbished, restructured, or otherwise optimized according to the prevailing climate and outlook.
Such properties were held over varying lengths in the investment portfolio before being partially laid off to external investors or incorporated into Investment Trusts initiated and controlled by the company.
